Concept is designed to provide users and managers with the widest range of facilities within a flexible, easy to use package.
“Concept Plus��? is an enhancement to the original Concept system, offering even more features to provide security and protection for your residents and staff.
Concept uses personal digitally recorded voice messages to announce the nature of all calls generated on the system to on site or local staff, and communicates to 24hr monitoring centres through a variety of protocols, including BS7369, the Telecare Services Association Common Protocol and those of other manufacturers.
Call handling is achieved by a choice of three cordless devices:
- Standard master unit handset and pager
- Cordless phone master unit (DECT technology)
- Mobile phone from any provider (eg. Vodafone)
The system also offers an optional low-cost combined door entry facility. Concept is very highly specified and compatible with other manufacturers’ control centres.
