70 degree Verso Fall Detector

Product Information

It has been designed with wearability in mind and can be worn around the neck or attached to the user’s belt or clothing. The unit is designed to automatically alert a carer or monitoring centre should the wearer fall.

A fall condition occurs when the Fall Detector is in a position of 70 degrees or greater from a vertical. When a fall condition is detected, the IntelliLink sounds a two tone warning. If the Fall Detector is put back in its upright position this warning tone will stop. If the Fall Detector remains in its fall condition for more than a predefined time (which maybe configured to meet the individual’s needs), the IntelliLink will call the control centre.

The Fall Detector has an integral alarm button so a separate pendant is not required.

Technical Information

• Range – Depending on building construction up to 100m line of sight range
• Battery Life – 3 years depending on usage. Low batteries are reported automatically to the control centre, even if the user has not pressed the button.

• Warranty – 2 year warranty provided subject to being purchased under one of the Buying Solutions, Northern Housing Consortium or Scotland Excel Agreements
