As the name implies, “QuietCare Professional? is designed for the professional sector, such as Social Services, Housing and PCT’s. Carers can view information for each Service Client via the Individual Summary Screen. In addition the “QuietCare Professional Service? enables professional carers to case manage a group of Service Clients utilising the QuietCare Group Summary Screen. Automated alerts are delivered to the Emergency Contacts via email or pager, or via their own call centre.
