The Flood detector is installed within the bathroom or kitchen of a property and will alert a user when an sink/basin or bath overflow occurs, or if it detects water on the floor from other sources such as a burst pipe or from a flood from a flat above.

This neat, unobtrusive detector will provide an early warning of any potential flood situations which can avoid large repair bills, inconvenience and insurance costs.
