The security and safety of vulnerable users can be ensured discreetly and remotely by ensuring they remain within their property at certain times of the day or night. Using simple magnetic contact devices the opening of doors and windows can be automatically monitored. This allows the call centre to raise the alarm if a person leaves the house at an unusual time. Time periods are fully programmable allowing the best settings to be achieved for each individual.
An optional keyswitch can be utilised to disable the door contacts at certain times of day, allowing staff to enter and exit without activating the alarm.
Door contacts can also monitor non-movement and intruders.
