The Flood detector in installed within the bathroom or kitchen of a property and will alert a user when an sink/basin or bath overflow occurs, or if it detects water on the floor from other sources such as a burst pipe or from a flood from a flat above. It can also send an automatic call to the control centre.
This neat, unobtrusive detector will provide an early warning of any potential flood situations which can avoid large repair bills, inconvenience and insurance costs
