Ordering Chubb Through Buying Solutions

Chubb Community Care, one of the UK’s leading providers of social alarm and telecare services, has been awarded a telecare, telehealth and telecoaching framework agreement by Buying Solutions, the national procurement partner for UK public services. Chubb is part of UTC Fire & Security, a unit of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE:UTX).
Replacing the NHS Purchasing and Supply Agency (PASA) telecare framework agreement, the new Buying Solutions framework agreement is divided into six Lots; telecare products; telecare services; telehealth products; telehealth services; telecoaching products and services and managed services. Chubb Community Care is just one of six companies selected for all Lots within the framework agreement which will span two years, with the option for two further one year extensions.
We can now advise customers how they can purchase Chubb telecare and telehealth through Buying Solutions. You can purchase directly through the Buying Solutions Catalogue Ordering process via the Buying Solutions website or as normal direct to Chubb by email or fax.
In order to qualify for the Buying Solutions special prices when ordering directly, you need to make sure you state BUYING SOLUTIONS ORDER on the order and also the 8 digit URN (unique refernence number) if you have it available. If this is not done then the order will go through as a normal sale and not qualify for the discounts. All the part numbers and products can be found in the products section of our website.
