Chubb Community Care, one of the UK’s largest Telecare suppliers, proudly introduces the all new Chubb Carer Alert.

In many cases there may be a need for an on-site carer to be notified immediately that an incident has occurred. The Carer Alert indicates alarms from portable and stationary Telecare solutions utilising our range of sensory receivers including flashing beacons and vibratory pads through seven indicator lights and a buzzer to which up to seven telecare devices may be assigned.

Its operational range may be increased with an optional pager system allowing the on-site carer to be mobile around the property or garden and still be alerted to a call on the system. It can also alert an off-site community alarm centre (via an Intellilink carephone) should an alert not be answered locally.

The Carer Alert provides peace of mind and greater freedom of movement for formal and informal carers who live on site with the people they look after.

The Carer Alert has been used in many situations and has proved very successful in the following fields:

  • Learning disabilities
  • Home care
  • Falls prevention
  • Dementia
  • Care homes
  • Hospitals
  • Respite centres
