On the 28 October 2008, Fife Council held their annual “Fife Stakeholders Annual Older Peoples Event – Older Age, Young at Heart”.
The event was well attended with over 400 people in attendance ranging from the elderly population in Fife to professionals from Health and Social work. The theme of the day was to make the elderly and vulnerable generation aware of the type of help that was out there for them.
Chubb’s aim at the event was to introduce telecare, telehealth and other assistive technology to the elderly and vulnerable generation in the Fife area as well as the health staff, social workers, homecare staff and OTs that attended. In partnership with Fife Telecare we had two stands demonstrating the telecare and telehealth options available to people.
