Chubb Working In Partnership With Oldham Council

Oldham Council entered into a contract with Housing 21 to manage and maintain much of its 1453 sheltered housing properties and provide support services to tenants. Housing 21 worked alongside their construction partner Bullock, who had responsibility for carrying out the major improvement works to both bungalows and flats (known as Housing 21 courts).

Chubb Community Care was nominated as the preferred contractor to install its Concept warden call systems as part of the works. In addition some schemes have dedicated Closed Circuit Television systems which record activity around the scheme as well as callers to the individual entrances providing additional peace of mind for both the residents and scheme managers alike.
