Chubb Community Care, has been awarded partner membership for the NHC Framework

Chubb Community Care, has been awarded partner membership for the Assisted Living Framework Agreement for products, installation and maintenance by the Northern Housing Consortium.

The Northern Housing Consortium (NHC) is a non-profit making and non political membership organisation. Full membership is drawn from Local Authorities, LSVTs, ALMOs, RSLs, and other organisations involved in housing, from across the three Northern Government Office regions of the North East, North West and Yorkshire & Humberside. Northern Housing Consortium’s primary role is to support and represent their members, who, between them, are responsible for 86% of social housing in the North.

The Technology Strategy Board is investing £18 million over the next four years to demonstrate how new technologies and innovative services can help support independent living for older people and people living with long-term conditions, and improve their quality of life. To assist members with the procurement of these products and services the NHC have developed an Assisted Living Framework which will run for four years. The framework allows NHC Members to establish flexible contracts based on their unique requirements.
