UTC Code of Ethics
The UTC Code of Ethics is designed to ensure that all of our actions and practices are ethical and protect the trust that exists between Chubb and our customers. It outlines what our principles are, our standards of conduct and how we comply with these standards.
The underpinnings of ethical business practices at UTC are the following:
- We will obey the law.
- We will act in good faith.
- We will consider the impact of our decisions on our stakeholders and seek fair resolutions.
- We will communicate openly and effectively with our stakeholders.
- We will seek always to build trust, show respect, and perform with integrity.
The UTC Code of Ethics is designed to give you the confidence to believe the information we give and to challenge others. In order to keep to these standards, all Chubb employess must complete at least 2 ethics exams each quater.
