Our Telecare solutions extend to include Telehealth Monitoring; designed for the management of clients’ long-term conditions and to complement on-going healthcare regimes. Data such as blood pressure, is transmitted confidentially to a response centre or clinician, and any vital signs outside of set parameters will trigger a response.

We are a member of the Telecare Services Association and have been awarded a framework agreement by Government Procurement Service for Telecare, Telehealth and Telecoaching, Northern Housing Consortium Assisted Living Framework Agreement for products, installation and maintenance and Scotland Excel for the supply and delivery of telecare equipment and associated services. These framework’s are designed to guarantee best value when it comes to pricing and that our equipment meets all the latest standards and regulations including Class 1 Receiver Compliance, all Chubb products include BS8521 ensuring we remain 100% compatible with all modern telecare call handling control centres and is fully tested and ready to migrate to BT 21CN.
